This is the weakest trading week of the three, and a reader will find it. The supportable reading is that recruitment and spending run on separate engines: signups held flat while spend fell to a third. Do not present week three as growth.
Only one merchant traded, against three in week two. Nothing in the data says whether the others were closed, out of stock, or simply had no orders, so the effect is established and the cause is not.
